Duluth’s Cartier Agency Receives Award for Outstanding Performance

Partners in Excellence is a distinction awarded by West Bend Mutual Insurance of West Bend, Wisconsin for top-tier agencies in the upper Midwest that demonstrate performance in profitability, premium volume and agency management.
