Duluth, Minnesota – March 9, 2017: The Entrepreneur Fund’s Women’s Business Alliance (WBA) is pleased to announce its sixth annual Women’s Opportunity Weekend, April 27 to 29, 2017 at Cove Point Lodge in Beaver Bay, MN.The weekend will be facilitated by Julie West, expert business consultant, strategist and coach. As a strategic partner, West will encourage regional women entrepreneurs to take control and move forward.

Julie West is a catalyst for moving forward. She is a dedicated to helping business owners grow by helping them define strategies and accomplish organizational goals. West inspires all levels of a company to drive innovation through collaborative teams and staff enablement. From developing a company culture and understanding financial forecasts, to personal development and attracting and retaining talent, West helps business owners develop strategies for growth and success.

Dates: Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 4:00pm – Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 12:00pm

Location: Cove Point Lodge in Beaver Bay, MN

Cost: $495 includes accommodations, meals, materials and expert facilitation

Tuition assistance may be available to you. The Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation offers limited scholarships through their Small Business Education Fund. The Women’s Opportunity Weekend is offered annually by the WBA, a program of the Entrepreneur Fund.  Other services offered by the WBA and Entrepreneur Fund include Mastermind Roundtables, IGNITE women’s forums, business reviews, strategy planning and financing. The WBA is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
