Minnesota and Wisconsin; (November 29, 2017) – LHB’s Jeremy Clarke, PE, was presented with the Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.

Clarke was honored for supporting his employee, Sergeant James Lundequam, a Standardization Instructor for Alpha Company 2-147th Assault Helicopter Battalion in the Minnesota Army National Guard. Lundequam works under Clarke as a Structural Designer in LHB’s Industrial Group.

“I’m honored to receive this recognition from the ESGR. James is a valuable member of the Industrial Group’s team and we thank him for his service to our country,” said Clarke. 

Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering specializing in structural design and analysis in the industrial sector. As a Project Manager with LHB’s Industrial Group, Jeremy coordinates the design team to ensure plans and specifications are completed on time and within budget.

The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide-range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed. Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is a Department of Defense program that develops and promotes supportive work environments for Service members in the Reserve Components through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws, and resolves employment conflicts between the Service members and their employers.
