Shawano, WI, - Andrew J. O’Brien has joined Owens Door Company based in Shawano, Wisconsin as National Sales Manager.

He reports directly to Mr. Michael Ricker, Owens’ Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Owens is a major manufacturer of interior doors marketed under the Woodport® brand including the Craftsman, Elite, Heritage and Northwoods series. The Owens, Inc. family of companies also includes Owens Flooring Company which manufactures engineered hardwood flooring lines comprised of Plankfloor® unfinished, and Owens Select™ factory finished.

O’Brien is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in sales and marketing with major emphasis in new business development and key account management. Mr. Ricker said, “Andy helps increase market share by building strategic relationships with key accounts. He is a strong proponent of personal customer relations and works diligently to ensure customer service is a top priority”.

Prior to joining Owens, O’Brien was an independent sales representative throughout several Midwestern states. He is the recipient of several sales and leadership awards.

O’Brien attended North Iowa Area Community College. In addition he participated in specialized sales and technology training. He and his wife, Jodee have two children and currently reside in Mason City, IA.
