Visions Northwest, the Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board and the Northwest Wisconsin Educators for Regional Development are sponsoring  the final installment of their 2018 RIsE Breakfast Series on May 31. 

At this event, Dave Armstrong, Barron County Economic Development Director, will present an overview of the placemaking initiatives occurring in Barron County. The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion showcasing a variety of examples of successful community attraction and development projects. The panel will consist of members from that community who will provide insight into what makes their community unique as well as explain their community’s current placemaking efforts.
 
The session, which is the final this year, will be held at BW Papersystems Conference Room in Phillips. It will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 10 a.m.  followed by networking until 11 a.m.
