North Shore Bank of Commerce has promoted Patricia Swenson to trust systems operations manager, Jake Anderson to trust risk operations manager, Marty MacLean to trust operational and project manager and Samantha Krsiean to trust administrator.

Swenson has worked with North Shore Bank for more than 30 years, with much of her career in trust operations. Her long track record of success in problem solving and history with trust make her an excellent trust systems operations manager, the bank said.

Anderson joined North Shore Bank as a part-time bank teller in 2010 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth. His knack for financial analysis and excellent customer service helped him transition to a wealth management specialist, the company said in its announcement. As trust risk operations manager, he will assess, identify and manage operational risks within the Trust Department.

MacLean began his career in banking with North Shore Bank in 1970. After working with a national financial services company, he returned to North Shore Bank to streamline operational workflow efficiency. As trust operational and project manager, MacLean will streamline efficiencies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has completed numerous trust, employee benefit and management courses throughout his career.

Krsiean joined North Shore Bank in 2004.  As trust administrator, she will oversee personal trusts, estates, IRAs and investment management accounts. Krsiean holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Duluth Business University. She is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and a graduate of the ABA National Trust School and ABA Graduate Trust School.
