Wipfli LLP (Wipfli) announced Bob Cedergren, leader of the firm’s risk advisory and forensic services practice, has transferred to the firm’s Duluth office. The Duluth and Cloquet offices (formerly Eikill & Schiling) became part of Wipfli in early December. “We are thrilled that Bob has moved to the firm’s Duluth office to help expand our presence in the Duluth market,” said Chuck Palmer, managing director of Wipfli’s Minnesota region. “Bob will also help our newest offices in Duluth and Cloquet successfully transition into the firm.” With over 20 years of experience, Cedergren oversees and coordinates the strategic direction of the firm’s risk advisory services and forensic services, develops or enhances existing services, and provides information technology, risk management and security-related services to clients. A certified public accountant and certified global management accountant, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds a number of information security certifications including Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).Cedergren earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
