Wells Fargo expands Duluth business banking team

2/27/2013

Len Fox and Joe Gardepy are joining the Wells Fargo business banking team in Duluth as business relationship managers. Tamie Anderson is joining the team as a business banking trainee for the Duluth market. They will work from Wells Fargo’s downtown Duluth office.

“We’re very pleased to have these quality team members join our business banking team to serve our customers in the Duluth area,” said Scott Bradt, Wells Fargo Northern Minnesota business banking president. “We are actively reaching out to fulfill all the financial needs of businesses and these additions to our team will enhance that effort.”

Gardepy and Fox will focus on new client acquisition efforts for businesses with $2 million to $20 million in annual revenues.

Gardepy was with Wells Fargo in Duluth from 2000 - 2006, first as an account analysis representative, customer service representative and personal banker, before moving to a business banking trainee position. He later served as a business relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Bend, Ore. Gardepy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Fox has 25 years of banking experience in Minneapolis and Duluth. He started his financial services career with Wells Fargo in 1987 as a teller, and later served in several banking positions, including senior credit analyst and most recently as a business banking loan officer. Fox has completed extensive bank and credit training, including the Wells Fargo College of Commercial Credit and Omega credit training.

As part of the business banking trainee program, Anderson will increase her knowledge with business products and the credit process while she assists with business development for the team. She joined Wells Fargo in 1998 and has held a variety of banking positions, most recently as a senior private bank client associate. She is a graduate of Duluth Technical College with a degree in sales and marketing.
