Troy Peterson has been hired as SwimCreative’s new full-time interactive developer. He will be lead the interactive department for the Duluth ad agency, finding new opportunities and expanding Swim’s reach in digital media.

"I see Swim moving beyond just websites and toward app development," Peterson said. "Being able to integrate the web and the data we use not just in websites but through mobile apps and tablets—bringing it beyond the traditional web."

He joined the Swim team as a contracted web developer in 2008. By 2010, he was a full-time contractor. Now as the official interactive developer, Swim said he will lead the company to a new level in software engineering.
