Hanft Fride names new shareholder

Scott Witty has been elected as a shareholder of Hanft Fride, a professional association of attorneys.

Witty has been with Hanft Fride since 2007 and practices in civil litigation and employment and labor law. He was featured in the latest issue of Minnesota Law & Politicsafter being named a Minnesota Rising Star by the publication, a designation given to less than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.

Witty earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College and his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Hamline University School of Law. He is a 2010 Leadership Duluth graduate and serves on the board of directors for Men as Peacemakers.
