Among the symposium's topics are medical devices, digital tools, pharmaceuticals, biofuels, nanotechnology, new polymers and more.

Organized by the WiSys Technology Foundation and UW-Superior, the symposium will highlight groundbreaking research throughout the state and focus on establishing collaborative partnerships to accelerate innovative research.

Participants will:

• Learn about technology development partnerships among UW campuses, business and clinical organizations and hear from UW campus technology spin-off companies.

• Experience the scientific poster session with faculty and student projects and sponsor exhibits.

• Participate in science and technology workshops to learn about innovative ideas.

Fee for the symposium is $50. An optional dinner cruise on the Vista Fleet is $20.
