Minnesota-based Carefree Living, a division of Spectrum Health Companies, announced the acquisition of the Buhl, Hoyt Lakes and McGregor Northland Village senior living communities on Dec. 1. Effective immediately, the acquired locations will also have independent living apartments available.
Carefree Living already owns senior care communities in Aurora, Babbitt, Brainerd, Burnsville, Cook, Ely, Orr, Silver Bay, St. Cloud and Virginia.
