The winners in the two categories were:

• What Goes 'Round/Bayfield Books received the Business of the Year Award, which recognizes an outstanding business that has contributed to the well-being of Bayfield. Since its establishment in the late 1980s by Stephen Dunker, What Goes 'Round Books has been contributing to the well-being of Bayfield. A member of the Bayfield Chamber and Visitor Bureau since the very beginning, What Goes 'Round has been a steady and serious contributing member and quiet force within the community.

• CORE Community Resources received the Nonprofit Organization Award, which recognizes a nonprofit organization or individual for efforts and actions in the Bayfield area. CORE was founded in 2006, with the goal to provide programs and services that support aging- friendly communities and to help all remain engaged in their community.
